Yes, item quantities and selections can be modified up to 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery date without penalty, provided additional requested items are in stock. Reductions within 14 days may be subject to restocking policies as outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes, all our deliveries include our signature white-glove setup service. Our trained delivery crew will carefully place every sofa, table, and chair precisely where specified on your floor plan or under the direction of your event coordinator.

To ensure the pristine care of our luxury inventory, a refundable damage deposit is collected alongside final payment prior to dispatch. Once items are safely returned and inspected at our warehouse within 48 hours post-event, your deposit is promptly refunded.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking / NEFT / RTGS transfers, and instant UPI payments. Formal tax invoices and GST credits are provided for all commercial bookings upon completion.

We understand that minor spills or wear can occur at lively celebrations. Standard cleaning is included in your rental. For significant damage (such as tears, burns, broken frame structures, or stubborn wine/wax stains requiring specialized upholstery repair), actual restoration or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date receive a full refund less any processing fees. Cancellations between 15-30 days are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event within 12 months. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
